Brother Hubbard was born December 13, 1938 in Adair County Oklahoma between Stilwell and Westville, Oklahoma. He was the first of ten children (five boys & five girls). At the age of seventeen he enlisted in the U.S. Navy where he spent 8 years working in the "Health Care Field." He went to school in the Navy for Hospital Corpsman, later he attended Field Service Medical Technician School and eventually the school of X-ray Technology at San Diego, Ca. He is a Viet Nam era veteran and a life member of the Disabled American Veterans as well as the American Legion. He was honorably discharged from the U.S. Navy and received two good conduct awards while on active duty.

After being discharged from the U.S. Navy...Jasper Hubbard settled near Tahlequah, Oklahoma and managed a sizeable beef farm for several years while working at Corning Glass Works in Muskogee, Oklahoma. During the last four years of his employment at Corning Glass Works in Muskogee, Oklahoma he worked from 4:00 p.m. until 12:00 p.m. five to six nights a week while carrying 14-18 semester hours during the day at Northeastern Oklahoma State University at Tahlequah, Oklahoma.  Jasper Graduated from Northeastern Oklahoma State University the 10th day of May, 1978 with a B.S. Degree in Education.  However, after graduating...Jasper had an opportunity to go to work in banking which he did until 1989 when he retired for health reasons. During his banking career Jasper worked in various banks and mortgage companies as a real estate lender. He spent several years as a department manager for a commercial bank in Tulsa, Ok as his degree in education was Business Education and a minor in Economics. He spent the last three years of his career as a Liquidation Specialist (Real Estate & Credit) with F.D.I.C. (Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation).

In 1984 Jasper Hubbard repented, was baptized and received the Holy Ghost at a United Pentecostal Church in Bixby, Oklahoma. Within a few years Jasper felt the call on his life to get involved in the ministry of the gospel. Over the years the call became stronger and stronger until it became a burden to see souls saved and lives changed! In 2008 he received his General License from ALJC and was ordained.  He now pastors a Home Missions Church at 225 E. 6th Street, Okmulgee, Ok. 74447.

I was born and raised up in a United Pentecostal Church. Attended and graduated from Okemah, Oklahoma Highschool. Was an active member of Brother Jody Warn's church in Okemah, Oklahoma.  I moved to Okmulgee, Oklahoma in 1970 and was a member of Deliverance Tabernacle United Pentecostal Church in Okmulgee, Ok until 2008. Plays the Piano and Organ.  We have four daughters of which three are in church, all in leadership. The Lord has trained us and put us in Okmulgee, Oklahoma to establish a church! We are happy and looking forward to each day....anticipating what the Lord is going to do.
